I researched this vehicle prior to purchase. I felt the price to value was good. The warranty is the best in the market .The life expectancy is better than most vehicles. The maintenance is low . (I hope) or should be. I believe the reliability to be great , like the majority of Hyundai's .

Review of Tucson 2021

Pleased with the look of the vehicle and the price for new purchase. Very reliablle car for my college student that replaces and older model Toyota, engine was bigger and warranty was better than most other vehicles in its size class. Purchased extended warranty for 7 years and like the maintenance provided by dealership.

Training Needed

Nice car, styling and all. Rides well. Lots of controls and features. Not trained on how to use. Cannot find the ones I need to in the manual or PDF downloaded online. Hope to get past this and fully enjoy this car. Please work on the MPG for the next models.

Great suv. I’m very happy with my new suv. The vibration when I back up or when I’m idling I will have it looked at. Still satisfied with the car. Hyundai has a great product and I’m definitely going to purchase another Hyundai.

Pleased with Tucson so far. Drove from home in NC to Colorado and back recently. Tucson performed well and provided a comfortable and quiet ride. Enjoyed getting to know it's features and safety devices.

Great Cross Over

The Hyundai of Tucson is a great vehicle even at a base price my only complaint is they could improve on the comfort of the seat the rear seat has no vents for your passenger comfort and the passenger side mirror does not have sensors or the extra mirror to help aid in the blind spot and this vehicle has a huge blind spot

Its okay

The good things about the vehicle are the looks and features. The bad things are that the transmission when decelerating is very rough. Also the transmission shifts into 5th gear to early and you lose power.

Needs more power

This vehicle definitely needs more HP and torque if Hyundai wants to keep calling and selling it as a “Mid-Sized” SUV with towing capabilities. Being that it only has about 181 HP with no option of upgrading it to a “sport” version or some other type of upgrades with a 230hp - 280hp turbo charged or supercharged motor or even a 6 cylinder motor is ridiculous. It’s way too slow for the size of the vehicle.

My wife owns one for the past nine years and we were happy with it, that is why i changed from Sonata to Tucson. the only disadvantage is its acceleration whereby the Sonata is more powerful than the Tucson.

Great Car

Didn't realize that I was going to like it as much as I did. I drive long distances to work and it a very smooth drive and very comfortable. Great value. The Hyundai dealership in Danbury, CT was very helpful and polite.

Gas mileage low. Fabric seats and not sure if they were fabric protected or not. I did spray them myself, just to be on safe side. Preferred warranties on vehicle, better than other brands. I'm short and have to struggle a bit w/o putting seat all way down to get in/out of vehicle. Need to pay special attention to where knee is when moving seat up/down because I'm short - four ten and a half. Overall, I like my car.

Tucson Value low value for the money

The car is a beautiful vehicle. Its rides nicely. I just wish that there was automatic lift gate feature as standard on this vehicle. There is also a lot of window noise when the windows are open.

Almost Perfect

A very nice vehicle overall. Appearance is better that average and vehicle features are impressive. The only real complaint is that the media feature is somewhat poor as it does not recognize most media devices. This could be improved probably with a software patch. Does not interface with the Apple I-pod or read a USB device with file folders.

I have not had this car for more than a month so I can't totally give a solid review. So far I am satisfied with the car and it's performance. Still getting used to all the features. I wish it had more chrome on the sides. It's totally black. Need to break it up a little.

2021 Hyundai Tucson fun to drive

My 2021 Tucson is a pleasure to drive. Acceleration is a little anemic, however I purchased it for the miles per gallon rating, not speed and performance. The transmission feels like it wants another gear, and it’s a bit slow off the line. Overall it is quiet at highway speeds and a performs adequately. Fit and finish great, however some interior rattles present which can be fixed at my next dealer visit. It developed a clunk in the rear suspension at ~4500 miles and that is a greater concern as it may be hard to find.

My only complaint is that I didn't get the 2.4 engine & the Oem headlight bulbs are super dim. Otherwise great little car efficient and practical. My wife loves it, I just prefer more power! But still great

The Tucson is a great car with many wonderful features. I would buy it again just not in the silver color due to the gray plastic molding trim that fades and discolored and took away from the appearance of the car within 3 months.
