The looks hooked us, the rest have kept us happy
Before the new body style Tucson was announced, we had already decided on a different car. We had put together a list of everything we wanted in our next car, found everything that matched, then picked out favorite. And then Hyundai announced the Tucson Hybrid, and all of that went out the window. The new Tucson looked like nothing else on the market. I was immediately drawn in and had to reconsider.
When I compared it to the vehicle we had previously decided on, the Tucson came out on top. It had literally every feature we wanted and then some - without needing to buy the highest trim to get it.
After a couple months driving it, I can confidently say we made the right choice. I love almost everything about this car. The looks, the gas mileage (in the Hybrid model), the ride, the interior space, the seats, wireless Android Auto, all fantastic. The panoramic sunroof/moonroof is one of my favorite things about the car; it honestly feels somewhat magical, as cheesy as.that sounds.
Lane Keep and Lane Follow Assist, along with the Adaptive Cruise Control, are life savers, and have actually reduced the level of stress I feel when driving. I'll admit to being a bit of a grouchy driver most of the time, but when I don't need to worry about speeding up and slowing down because someone moves over, it takes a lot of that away.
In short, I love this car. I've already convinced my mom to buy one (she's waiting on the Limited to come back in stock, they're sold out in our state), and I think one of my friends is close after he joined me for a road trip in it. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
