Way Better than Expected

Pros: Futuristic Design, Good Acceleration, Decent Ride Quality, and Fantastic Blind Spot Monitor Cons: Poor Paint Job, Tiny Air Vent, No automatic 360 surround view like that of Lexus RX, No auto High Beam for $40k car?; Overall, Quite impressive. Take a look if you're looking for a compact SUV.

Needs more power, AWD and faster wipers.

The 2022 Hyundai Tucson needs a turbo added to the 2.5L motor. It should only cone standard with AWD. The wipers are not fast enough in hard rain. The radio volume rolling barrel is poor. The garage door opener needs a delay after the car is shut off.

Nimble good driving car

We’ll made vehicle. Has several conveniences but needs more to make it more user friendly The 2.5 liter engine is very responsive however gas mileage for the 4 cylinder is not quite what I expected The interior is quit comfortable for 4 adults but that’s it. You would be very cramped with 3 in the back seat. Access and egress of the vehicle is only fair. Bumping my head when getting in on drivers side is a regular occurrence

My purchase experience was awesome. My sales person went out of her way for me.

I love my vehicle. The only thing is that I experienced a breakdown with in the first 30 days. Service told me it was a freak indecent - the #3 fuel injector got stuck open. I was provided a loaner vehicle during repairs.

Overall happy with the Tucson.

Could have done a little better on the seat comfort and little more power. But overall good gas mileage, looks good and plenty of power on the highway. Concern with the lack of theft safety in the car.

Attractive and available

No other dealers had any new cars on the lot except for Hyundai. I had not considered this brand before. Car is stylish with an easy to use interior. The car rides and handles well. The car had options I was looking for as well.

Smooth ride

It's a smooth ride, and no road noise. It gets better gas mileage than what is on the paperwork & this day and time that's great. My wife really enjoys the new vehicle. It has a good amount of storage space also.

good experience just wish i could have got them to come down on the price more.

vehicle is good so far. only had it a month. only one complaint recently mentioned in the survey. i am only adding to my response in this survey because it requires me to do so. I am not happy about having to have 200 characters.

Great, but not perfect

Engine is amazing for a 4 cylinder, exterior is awesome. Dislikes: Adaptive cruise control is not the best. Hyundai doesn't give you the option to switch between conventional cruise control and Smart Cruise control in the 2022's vehicles. Interior storage is very limited compared to my 2015 hyundai. You cannot manual turn off android auto or apple carplay if you have the wirless setup. If you can live with those 3 dislikes, the car is perfect.

Solid Option

I purchased the Limited Edition and found it to be sporty of being a small SUV. It road well during the test drive and offered a solid class of features. The drivers seat is stiff and I found it uncomfortable and a recent 9 hour road trip.

No WiFi

I specifically asked the Salesman if the car had WiFi as I needed it for my job. The Salesman stated the car had Wifi when it does not. After purchase and informing the Salesman that the car does not have Wifi, he denied stating that it did. My husband was a witness to the conversation. The Salesman was very deceitful.

Great car

Love the Tuscan! Great experience leasing. Really enjoy the ride. Just a great looking car. Only concern is the heating/regulating system. The car is very roomy. Especially love the front doors, the way they bow out a bit. It makes you feel like the car is more roomy. Would like the front doors to accommodate a taller bottle, such as a water bottle. Overall LOVE

Nice reliable vehicle

I really chose this car because of the overall style and appearance. To me I'd say that's the best part of this car as well as the safety features. The blue link is also an added benefit. I just wish it had a little bit more horsepower.

Very nice vehicle. Very pleased with it so far. Have no complaints at this time. The warranty is very good also. Would recommend this vehicle to others also. Wife is primarily the main driver and uses it to go back and forth to work and just general driving.

Very nice vehicle for the money. Smooth, quiet. So far so good. Some moisture in the new LEDs up front. Hyundai is aware if my problem. So far it dissipates by itself. No issues yet. Very smooth and quiet driving vehicle. A lot of safety features for the money

Not enough back seat passenger space

Overall the vehicle is great, except for the back seat passenger room. You can't fit 3 adults in the backseat and be comfortable. It's impossible to fit 3 adults in the back seat unless they don't mind being squished.

Overall love it, just a few tweaks needed.

Love it!! So many safety features. The look is beautiful. Really easy to drive. The app is great and easy to use. Only negative is the seat material in my Tucson SEL. Very rough, scratchy. But overall, it's great!
