Serious safety issues/alerts - Not able to schedule appointment for 3 months!
We've been owning this car since August/2022, and it currently has ~5,900 miles. Ever since we bought the car, we've been having serious issues with the navigation and sound systems (we weren't able to get any appointments so we found a fix where we would disconnect and reconnect the battery). This would happen every month or so. Then we have an issue with the tailgate light. Every single time it rains, there's water inside the tailgate light.
Today 07/25/2023, while I was driving the car I got 4 SAFETY alerts (Check blind-spot safety system, Check forward safety system, check rear cross-traffic safety system and ABS). I called several Hyundai dealerships around my area and the earliest appointment I could get was in October. The main reason why we bought a NEW Hyundai was strictly for safety and reliability because we just had a baby. How can I use this car? Who's gonna be liable for any possible accidents?
This car was a lemon from the start and I should have taken action earlier, and not put my family and other people in traffic at risk by driving this.
