Painless Process

Hyundai Tucson

Not having purchased a new vehicle since 2011, this has been a learning experience. The electronics are intimidating for a non techie. I’ve only had the car a month so still learning. The car itself is a pleasure to drive.

I like the hyundai vehicles

My experience in buying a new car is not good as the car had a transmission leak that the dealership may have overlooked and I noticed the leak when I arrived home from dealership. Currently the vehicle is in their shop and had been for 34 days. Wanting yo see if I could upgrade to another vehicle and did not let me know I may have qualified for a grace period. Not good

I love the new Hyundai Tucson. Not old does it feel luxurious it is luxurious for a affordable price. It had all the features I wanted and more. The only downside is the size of the vehicle in the backseat. But going into purchasing I knew what I was looking for.

Adequate for a medium size suv.

I was used to Santa Fes but the price and availability was inadequate when I needed a car quickly. I went with a tucson because it was a bit cheaper and they had more on the lot. Really miss my santa fe though.

Sorry, this car is too smart for me. Most people will need classes to use it. All features have strange icons which are confusing. Most people will need to attend classes to use this vehicle. Crazy.

Traded in my 2020 Tucson SEL and Purchased 2023 Tucson SEL

Had 2020 for 3 years traded in even though the 2020 only had 17,500 miles. Because of the shortage I could not get the color I wanted (white), so I had to settle for a silver color. Mileage on the 2023 significately more than the 2020, also has a much larger gas tank which really helps the range. Quieter and softer ride than the 2020.

2023 Tuscon Limited

Vehicle is great the styling is bold and futuristic. My only gripe would be to add more power. Maybe the 2.5 Turbo option that is in the Santa Cruz. Also allow for the N-Line styling to be available on the limited trim. Also Android auto should be wireless in the limited trim

2023 Tucson

I like the car. But I wish it could tow more. Love the heated seats and probably the cooled seats. We have had the car for over a month and we have only put 700 miles on it so we haven’t had a real chance to review it.

It’s a good vehicle. it’s good in the weather and drive smooth. The only thing it drinks a lot of gas but other than that a decent car it have bright light so can see at night and cruise control is good

So far excellent

So far Tuscan is excellent. Love to drive, a little disappointed with the radio display, but can manage. SUV is very stylish, and a head turner. Hated the red changed to a brighter red from 22 to 23, so had to go with the white which is gorgeous. Bought the limited N line, which is a rare model.

Dealer did not have a selection of cars bought a car with four wheel drive which I will never use in Florida. Was it given enough infomation when I bought the car. Was not told of all of it features

Great vehicle so far

Our 2023 Hyundai Tucson has proven to be a winner so far. Comfort level is above average, mileage is pretty fair considering it's AWD and rear cargo space is excellent for this class of vehicle. Only time will tell as far as durability.

I am quite happy with the tucson. It is comfortable, quiet, and looks good. Great warranty. I was happy with the sales experience. My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The car does lack some in acceleration from a stopped position, but does fine picking up speed while driving. The technology is user friendly as well.
