Car is good but service department experience was poor.

The car performs well but the engine kill feature that is supossed to sabmve on gas really doesn't seem to do this. Theservice writer for my oil change did not let me know about not being able to keep my appointment time. The machanic left hand prints on interior of my car.

Good Style

The overall style is good, but the position of the navigation monitor is too low. It is hard to look at the screen while driving. Also, fuel efficiency is not great. Overall a good car, but needs some improvements.

Good Value - 4.5+

2023 Tucson Hybrid is a very good replacement for my 2014 Subaru Forester. It checks all of the boxes in terms of size, comfort and features with more standard safety technology than the alternatives in this class. The gas mileage experienced so far is somewhat less than anticipated and the new technology is requiring a longer learning curve.

Hybrid is great on fuel economy

2023 Tucson Hybrid is great on fuel economy, loaded with higher-end bells and whistles (Bose sound system), and has a smooth ride. Highly rated by Consumer Reports, it's got a 10-year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. Excessive road noise is my only real complaint.

I love driving my new Tuscon as I find my drives to be smooth and love how quite the engine is when you are inside the vehicle. It feels like you are wearing a noise cancelling headphone.

The safety features of the car are impressive. The lane assist helps you get back in the lane when you drift out of yours, blind spot monitoring helps alert you of upcoming vehicles you don't see. When on the high way and trying to maintain speed I rely on the cruise control feature. Overall the car basically drives itself and I love how safe I feel in the car. I can't control what other people and cars do on the road. But when I'm driving this car, I feel more confident hitting the road. It's almost like the car basically drives itself.

DOOR LOCKS REQUIRE CONSTANT PUSHING OF UNLOCK SWITCH. SHOULD BE A POSSIBILITY TO KEEP DOORS ALWAYS UNLOCKED EXCEPT WHEN PUSHING LOCK SWITCH. RIDE QUALITY IS SOMEWHAT BOUNCY.LANE WARNING IS OKAY BUT ACTIVE LANE CONTROL ASSISTANCE IS ANNOYING, IT IS ALWAYS FIGHTING HAND CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL. INFORMATION ABOUT SONG PLAYING ON RADIO IS TOO SMALL TO READ, SHOULD BE MUCH BIGGER .

Good choice

This is my first Hyundai, so far it has been a good choice for me. Great appearance, good warranty, easy to get in and out of (important when you're short)! Good trunk space, back seats are roomy. Looking forward to some great road trips.

Better survey with ability to add comments

Overall very happy with the vehicle. Driving from Florida to Pennsylvania in a couple of weeks you might get a second chance on fuel consumption. PS just thought of this never could see the real value of a tilt steering column you put in a comfortable driving position and the instrument panel is not in a clear view position why not consider a moveable instrument cluster or heads up display.

2023 Hyundi Tuscon

Overall nice car for the price. Issue with Start and "Smart Mode" right out of the lot. Only 350 miles and have to take it in for these issues. Owned a Hyundi previously and did not have any issues with it.

If the vehicle had folding mirrors and wireless connectivity, I would have given it 5 stars.

Quality product with excellent fit & finish. As stated above, Apple CarPlay should be wireless and it would also be nice to add fog lights. The downloading of the Nav & Audio updates is a pain. This should all be done OTA.

The car is nicely designed and we love both the interior and exterior features.

So far we really like the car itself but the buying experience was not fun and now we're regretting buying it from Reed Hyundai as they are giving us a run around when it comes to fixing a scratch they promised to fix if we purchased the car.

Overall very satisfied

Tucson SE offered most of the safety features I wanted. Sabura and CRV would have cost more. If lighted turn signal side mirrors were standard it would be a great base model, and if millage could be improved it would be very competitive in its group

I like the Tucson, the ride and drive is very good. The Tucson sets up, looks good and is a dependable vehicle. Even with the problem of connecting my MP3 player to audio, my next SUV will be a Tucson.

Has exceeded most of my expecations

Quiet and comfortable interior hybrid SUV that also has nice performance due to a turbo charged engine coupled with 6-speed transmission. Because it's a hybrid, you'll get good gas mileage. However, a lot of great features come with an expensive Bluelink subscription and wireless apple carplay is not available in higher end models.

I like the Tucson very much. It feels like it's a sturdy car while driving it and the safest car I have ever had. It's not as fun driving it as other cars I have had. But it has more room in all of the areas, front, backseat and rear. Very comfortable. Love the reclining back seats.

This vehicle is OK. Stepping into the vehicle is a bit higher than initially exjperienced for my wife and somewhat for me. Probably has to do with the 19-inch tires.

OK. The vehicle is acceptable, yet there are a number of minor issues that I miss from my previous car, even though my former car was of a different class. I, being a senior citizen purchased this vehicle basically due to price as other preferable vehicles were at this stage of my life too costly.for my budget.

Love the car minus a few features. If you get the hybrid prepare to annoy everyone in the area when you back up. The sound is so loud and aggressive that it appears you’re a school bus or a commercial vehicle. There’s no place to put sunglasses and the moonroof doesn’t open as far as other cars I’ve had. It doesn’t even open the full part of the typically sunroof size. I love the car otherwise. Gas mileage is great.
