2023 Tucson Hybrid

Bought new, had a ding on the driver side door that had to be fixed the day after I bought it. Runs great, performs well, seems reliable so far. MPG could be better, but it's decent for a vehicle this size. Poor dealership financing experience that wasn't very transparent.

The price in the dealers is high always. They win anytime when you buy a car. If I have to write a book about my car, let me know, because I charge for that. I do not have to say more things. My car is new, have less that 2000 miles

Non Turbo has will not have quick accelerating

I love the Hyundai Tuscon look both inside and out. I love Hyundai warranty overall compared to others. I wish I could exchange my non turbo for a turbo. So very disappointed in the hesitating acceleration that it has dampened my enthusiasm over my newly purchased SUV.

Overall, the vehicle is a good vehicle. I wish that the acceleration was faster and easier to press on the pedal. The seat was more comfortable for long drives. And I feel it should get better gas mileage.

Very thorough.

Your survey does not include the year 2023 in it That's the year of my new Hyundai. I love the look of my new Tucson. I REALLY wish it had a CD player. The gas mileage is not good. My husband and I are Seniors and we are challenged to enter or exit the car without banging our heads on the door frame. Wayne Hopgood is a real asset to your dealership. He was awesome to deal with!

I'm happy with my experience at Columbia Hyundai & the car has performed very well so far. There are still many features I have yet to take advantage of. Seems like there is something new to learn every day.

Good car for the money so far

Its a good car. So far my only complaint is its underpowered. I has to work way too hard when accelerating on the parkway or any time you need a little extra from it. Gas milage seems good so far and the ride is pretty good. One major draw back is its not a very quiet car on the hwy. The windows sound like they are open which makes for a loud interior

Nice vehicle, I like a bigger vehicle, but wife likes it. Most of options are nice, but no back-up beeper. does have a camera. nice ride but hear some road noise from back of the car. Have not driven at night or bad weather, so no opinion ! Overall nice SUV

Great but lower MPG than advertised

Loved everything about it but the MPG. Great bang for your buck. The features are impressive for the mid trim and not the limited. We would but again but would consider getting the EV due to gas mileage.

Quite, quick response

Suv is very quiet, smooth and the quick reaction time on LA traffic is a huge plus. Downfall you can't add on additional options. The warranty is the best on the market as of today. The online app options is a cool tool to use.

Wow! What an attractive, comfortable SUV!

So far I am loving my new car. It is attractive and comfortable with a smooth ride. This is my first vehicle that is equipped with cameras and I really appreciate the ease of backing up with such a great view. It is also amazing to get such a good side view when changing lanes or turning. It is hard to assess reliability after owning the car for such a short time.

Great looks/ storage shortage

Love the looks . Have owned 3 other Hyundai vehicles. This one has the least amount of storage. But I am someone who needs the extra storage space as I drive many miles a years. Need to be prepared for the unexpected. Can’t do it well with this vehicle

Tucson Hybrid is a great value with strong performance.

I recently purchased a 2023 Tucson Hybrid. The styling is attractive on outside and inside. The engine with the hybrid system provides good performance. The ride is smooth and quiet and the transmission is very smooth. There are lots of safety systems and I'm happy with the sound system. The MSRP for this SUV was a bargain.

Stylish and comfy

Purchased brand new vehicle the ride is smooth. Hyundai Tucson looks stylish and comfortable. However it lacks power when starting the vehicle. Once it picked up then running fine. It is trade off over power vs style.

Almost lives up to expectations

The styling, performance, price, and features of the 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited were the closest fit to my needs of any car in production. Very satisfied with everything about the car except the problem with the interior temperature control, which was faulty at delivery. Part to fix is on back-order, so problem still is unresolved, but A/C still performs at lowest setting, so not a dire issue. Out-performs most comparable models of other brands of the same class.

Overall it’s a good car. The seats aren’t the most comfortable, the music doesn’t get as loud as I’d prefer. I think there could be more storage built into the car. I also think the dealership treating you well has a HUGE impact on how much you truly enjoy your car. My experience with Fred was great. A few associates were very lazy and gave me the run around until a man was there to force someone to do their job and assist me.
