Love the car, hate the lock/unlock system

The Tuscon is a great SUV with one very irritating flaw. It is attractive, roomy, comfortable on long road trips, easy to handle, has a nice amount of cargo space and a great warranty. It also has the worst system for locking and unlocking the vehicle I’ve ever encountered. Unless you have your keys in hand to press the key fob remote button, you have to grip the door handle in just the right way to unlock it, or put a finger tip jn a small depression to lock it (and wait for it to respond).

Good local transportation

I needed a replacement for a 14 year old Subaru for local errands etc. The Tuscan gave me the most bang for the price including the best warranty. I'm satisfied with my choice and expect to keep the car for many years

Nice but ugly

Its a new car, so far all ok. It is my wife’s, but for me is ugly and has no power, nice interior, good visibility, small gas tank, front seats too high, easy to buy, too much volume on the side fenders, horrible grill, ugly stop lights, ugly triangle day light lights…

Overall, I like this vehicle I’m just unhappy with the ease-of-use on the touchscreen and the locking system. It’s nice looking and rides well. It has a lot of options for the money. I would have liked a little better MPG.

Good Car for the money

This is our first vehicle from this manufacturer. Our only real complaint is the Navigation system because its wildly inaccurate to the point of being useless. The other technology seems fine but we havent had time to really program things exactly the way we want yet. Gas mileage is good, it handles well and has good leg room and storage.

Has been good

Dealer treated me like shit. But i like the vehicle. My 3 Tucson and my 5 Hyundai. Your company use to care about past customers and some kind of discount has been given over the years. Now the dealers could give a dame if i purchased a car or not..sad.

some has been good and there is some that is terrible

This is my 2nd Hyundai i have had got a new 2023 Hyundai tucson i have now it is comfy and good gas mpg good traveling plenty of room. But there are somethings that need to be addresed that need to be fixed in a resanable time not have to wait weeks. And for me i am over 50 miles from dealership

Good vehicle with bad value hold

Parts take awhile to come in and have seen numerous recalls. While checking the value of the vehicle. It has a very poor valuation holding compared to other cars or brands I have seen. Overall it’s a good car but a long term investment, not one you can trade in after a few years for an upgrade due to valuations.

Paint chips too easily

Not happy with paint chipping. Took away from the excitement of purchasing the vehicle. Rock chips on hood, and major chip on passenger side door. First chip within 1st week of purchase, and under 3 months, already has 3 chips in the paint. Dealer told me to take it up with Hyundai directly.

Great value for money

Great value for money, a classic engine and transmission option available (not turbo or CVT). My only improvement would be to utilize better door seals to prevent outside air creating awful noise and a larger fuel tank to increase range. However, overall it was a great purchase and it does what it needs to do with style. It was available at the time with a great variety of colors.

nice car but very small gas tank

VERY HANDICCAPED CAR WHEN COMES TO GAS TANK FILL !!! TAKES ONLY 13 GALLONS with 350 miles max drive!!!! SHOULD BE CLOSE TO 500 miles !!! similar SUVs are getting close to 560 miles driving!!!! HYUNDAI SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THIS GAS TANK ISSUE!!!!

Overall nice small SUV

Lots of nice features. Love the lumbar support in driver seat. Love the bigger screen for navigation. The blind spot alert is very helpful. I’m not a fan of the automatic engine shut off when idling. You have to push the button to turn it off every time you start the car. Gas milage is decent but tank is small.

Unexpected

Way better than I expected. I have really grown to love this vehicle. Odds are when it is time to buy another vehicle this one will be a strong contender. The cargo space is far greater than I thought it was going to be.

Worth the money

Would buy this car again if both front seats were automatic and steering wheel was heated. Too bad they didn’t make a gas efficient one slightly smaller. You could name it Tucson Tite, I believe many my age would buy it.

Ok car, under powered, the bells and whistles don't work well. But it looks good

Ok car, under powered I pray a lot when I pull into traffic or wait for long gaps, the bells and whistles don't work well, the radio just goes out and I have to disconnect the battery to fix it, the car doesn't shift well, unless you like being at 3500 rpm at 30 miles per hour. But it looks nice

Hyundai Tucson Hybrid 2023

Very nice, quiet vehicle. Rides vey well and has many features includes even at the lower trim level. Would recommend this vehicle as long as MPG is not a main concern. I see no way to get the stated MPG. With about 50:50 highway to city driving and working diligently I could only get 34.5mpg (after 1500 miles)

I loved this vehicle from the start. I'ts fun to drive and just the right size for me to handle. It's quiet and handles great. one thing idon't really care for is when coming to a stop the car shuts off to save gas.the dealership told me how to shut this off so i have to push toso. the button everytime

My inlaws drive hyundai and recommend it to us. I really like my car. We got cloth seats this time.. The next car we'll get leather seats though. There is enough space for all of us and both dogs. It was a great car recommendation
