Immobilized

My new car has been sitting at the dealership for a month, after 1 week and 400 miles. the immobilizer immobilized the car and they cant move it. they had to tow it and can't get the parts to fix it. I am concerned.

Not happy with our Tucson

Hyundai wasn't our first choice but we thought we'd give it a shot and purchased the Tucson XRT in February. The doors keeps unlocking themselves. Glad I have the app to get notified; otherwise, doors would remain unlocked without my notice. While driving, sometimes the dashboard or media screen go black. We bought the car with the Perma Plate protection. The plastic piece by the rear window has blemishes and we were told that that substance accidentally was sprayed on causing the plastic to burn. We have been waiting for months for that replacement part!!! Now, we can also see that the paint by the cargo door came off!!!

Flooded car now it smells and I am completely stressed and have a heart condition

Car was flooded so stressed my heart hurts and I had a quadruple heart bypass and have diabetes and it has made my blood sugar go up this is very bad for my health and sanity thought it would be a wonderful experience

Avoid

Go buy a Toyota. Dealer support is low so what does having a huge warranty matter? Also, Corp unable to assist with being lied to when buying; again - I'd rather stick with a company that builds cars to last even if they cost a bit more.

I would NEVER recommend this dealership.....................................so now your gonna tell the buyer how may characteristics we have to type. Your GM NEVER reached out to apologize he did nothing on his part to make anything easy for me. My car was paid in full & im guessing that's all any really cared about

Not sure what this means

This is my second brand new Tuscon. I was very happy with my first vehicle. However, my second Tuscon which I purchased 10/1/23, has water flooding issues which dealership has not resolved after 30 days with no communication.

Poor mileage, transmission issues

Quality is concerning, transmission issues Hyundai doesn't want to fix or admit to.i owned 11 Hyundai's over 11 years.. the Tucson is my last.. the dealership nor Hyundai would admit there's a problem..these vehicles are leaving the factory with a transmission software problem that they absolutely know about but do not want to fix or maybe it would cost to much

Poor gas mileage rough and noise ride

Poor gas mileage window sticker said 32 presently 26 on 3000 mile trip thru USA the ride is noisy and rough. Only on brand new pavement is it quite and smooth. I bought the car to travel with and after driving through 10 states I am disappointed.

A new 2024 Tucson, just a flat tire issue, and now I had 3 day without my car !!!!!!!

1 month ago I had my new 2024 Tucson and now I have a flat tire, first problem, the car does not come with a spare part and the dealer never informed me, since they could not solve it at the moment, I called the dealer and they gave me the "solution" I have to call a tow truck service (AAA) that is very busy, (they hardly answer me and then they have me for around 20-30 minutes asking for information to be able to send a tow truck), the tow truck would arrive in 1 hour, but 5 minutes Before, they call me and tell me that the tow truck will take another hour to arrive, now that the car is at the dealer to repair a flat tire, They tell me if I hadn't bought tire insurance They would fix it, but I bought it, so now the dealer tell me that I will have to go through a whole process, they would have to go in to review the case, one person reviews, another person fills out a form, and if they don't have the tire available they will have to order it, and meanwhile I have been without a car for 3 days, I like your cars Hyundai but in just one month I am questioning whether with this simple problem it is a good option to have a Hyundai car, it is just because of a flat tire, what would happen if it were something more serious? Please do something to really solve it and Do not put us through such uncomfortable and unfair times, I still have to pay for the car that I am not using, thank you and sorry.

Poor Build quality, bumpy rides, uncomofortable long rides, horrible customer services, safety features wont work correctly with BlueLink. Totally Bad experience.

Build quality of the car leaves much to be desired. The interior feels cheap, the seats are uncomfortable for long drives, and the overall driving experience is not as smooth as I had hoped. On top of all this, the customer service provided by Hyundai has been disappointing. It often takes days to resolve BlueLink account set up and still does not resolved at all and even then, the solutions the customer service team keep repeating the same procedure again and again and still does not work. Overall, I regret purchasing a Hyundai car and would not recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable vehicle.

I had to pay for my plates and sticker again when I didn’t have too. Staff gave me the run around about my memorandom title. Had to leave work a hour early, only to be told to come back tomorrow. Staff should went above and beyond to help with my tags

Vehicle is fine but engine is not!

It's been a month since I bought the car and already having issue with the car. Break makes weird sound when you press on it. Engine pickup power is too slow, Scared to go onto highway when coming from a local road. Really Disappointed.

Looks great at first

Steering wheel adjustability and seat adjustability make the seating position while holding the steering wheel extremely uncomfortable. To make the seat comfort okay, the steering wheel has to be located low and it blocks the speedometer. The vehicle "NEW" vibrates (steering wheel and seats) on the highway, and Hyundai was unable to fix the problem. The door panels rattle badly. Sun reflects from the console and blinds me while driving.

Not pleased.

Fuel economy is bad. Does not meet even close to stated numbers. Being that it is a hybrid it should be better. Not compatible with Android. Do not like navigation system. Overall dissatisfied with purchase of this car.

Nice car - manufacturer and dealer support non existent. When the vehicle is working it's a great vehicle. The items that failed have never been fixed and both the manufacturer and dealer treat you like trash when you insist on getting it fixed

My first brand new car

I regret purchasing this vehicle. Not because of price but for major mechanical issues that started on day 1. I had the car 2 weeks. The last 3 of the 5 weeks since purchase have been spent waiting for the car to be looked at by the dealership service department. It has just been sitting there until "they can get around to it" How lovely. I noticed a night and day difference between the loaner (a 2023 Sante Fe) and mine immediately upon take off for the first time.

The dealership was great

The dealership which we purchase it from were very good, very professional, not pushy and accommodating. The AEB braking system in reverse. I feel has a very serious issue. If a person is standing behind a vehicle, it will not be or automatically stop. The sunroof seems to be very small.
