Design quality / performance
I put a lot of highway miles on my commuter vehicles. Driven at freeway speeds 90% of the time. Added traction is a plus compared to other vehicles I considered for this duty, but it is no Grand Cherokee on a snowy grade. This is a very well built, economical and reliable ride.
Only 2 criticisms -
1. Hard to locate garage door buttons on the mirror especially in the dark.
2. Must actively saw the wheel on some road surfaces or in a cross wind , especially in the rain. Less noticeable with additional on-board weight.
Otherwise, I got what I expected. Its not a Jeep, a sports car or an orphan with compromised design intent. It economical and a nice all weather solution with comfort for back seat passengers and room to bring gear on extended trips.
