Exceptional Service Experience
Great fast , thorough servicing that was performed after I dropped off the car for the next days appointment!
Andrew had my vehicle serviced a day ahead of the scheduled servicing and Andrew called me to inform me that the mechanic discovered two additional problems which Andrew went ahead and quickly took care of also, after I authorized the work.
To my amazement, my vehicle was ready for pick up the day before my scheduled appointment and within 3 hours after I dropped off my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
This type of exceptional servicing experience is why I have never experienced a break down and it’s why I have purchased 6 Santa Fe vehicles in the past with my kids begging me for them, when I am ready for a new one!
I am now waiting for Hyundai’s new EV hybrid Santa Fe to come out to see if that is my next purchase.
We still have four Santa Fe’s in our family and my kids want me to make that 5?

Great Service
Brought my 2019 Tucson in for a recall service. The service team rep went over in detail everything that would be done and an estimated finish time. It was ready before the time given and I was extremely pleased with the repair.

Always friendly staff
I always use the shuttle to get to an appointment while my car is serviced. Jim, the driver, knows me by name from past visits. He even knows where to take me from memory. Handy service provided.

I have always received good service from the employees at HYUNDAI, Columbia, MO. Years ago after one of my sons had passed away in the early part of the week my car battery died. Needless to say I was not having a good week. When a friend drove me to the dealership to pick up my car I discovered I had no credit card with me or my checkbook or cash. The service department manager gave me my car with a new battery and I paid the dealership soon thereafter. The customer waiting area is also quite nice. They used to have coloring books for kids. Then they had donuts for everyone. Then they had free soda for everyone. Now they have an assortment of health snacks for everyone. It just keeps getting better and better. What's next? A steak dinner?!!!
