Luv this place!! I have been coming to Tameron Hyundai since I purchased my vehicle in 2018 and the customer service is Top Rated. My service advisor Michael, took the time to walk me through the recommended services for my vehicle and made sure I didn't have any questions. I will continue to recommend this location to family and friends.

Mike, in customer service rocks. He took the time to take a test driver and he advise me on with a comprehensive plan. I can in to pick up a part and make an appointment and he was able to do the work right then. This saved me from finding a ride.

First Impressions
Visually – driving in the lot looked a little old. Could use a topcoat on the tarmac.
Service personnel – Mike answered all my questions and we ordered a warranty part. He was very helpful but when I called in to check on the status, a different serviceman was no helpful at all and was rude. He told me the part was not a warranty part, but Mike saved the day and call me to setup a warranty appointment when they did the recall (software update). Mike is the man.

First time taking a vehicle in for recalls. Experience was pleasant. Facility was clean and workers were very nice. Only thing I didn't like was the $2300 of repairs that they suggested. But It was nice to be able to decline them online and just go pick up my car.
