First Impressions
Visually – driving in the lot looked a little old. Could use a topcoat on the tarmac.
Service personnel – Mike answered all my questions and we ordered a warranty part. He was very helpful but when I called in to check on the status, a different serviceman was no helpful at all and was rude. He told me the part was not a warranty part, but Mike saved the day and call me to setup a warranty appointment when they did the recall (software update). Mike is the man.

First time taking a vehicle in for recalls. Experience was pleasant. Facility was clean and workers were very nice. Only thing I didn't like was the $2300 of repairs that they suggested. But It was nice to be able to decline them online and just go pick up my car.

Prompt and friendly service clean
Upon arriving at service center there were plenty of people available to help. Within minutes i was attended to and on my way to waiting room. Even when I found out I would have to leave my car until it was done...I was provided a shuttle to work and later back to the dealership. I'm grateful for the service I received.
