Amazing!
Our total experience from buying our new Palisade to having leather installed has been wonderful. We have been treated professionally with respect and kindness. We have had an incredible experience working with everyone at the dealership and to top it all off our leather interior looks amazing!

A Well Oiled Machine. Bravo.
When I arrived and I didn’t know exactly where to go, or where to take my car, employees were very approachable and helpful in getting me where I needed to go and helped me understand what was needed to be done. Informed me on when my car would be ready, and kept me updated on things they recommended to keep my car in tip top shape!! Thanks Hyundai for the great service!!

Ben did great!
When I asked about a certain thing that needed to be taken care of, Ben was honest with me and said it didn’t need to be replaced right now. That’s a first for a service person to jerk you around for unneeded things for your car.

Phone Call From Assistant Manager
I received a phone call from Ben, an assistant manager, regarding my recent visit to Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. I had given a 4-star review because the oil change had taken longer than I was told it would, and I didn't receive any updates until the work was complete. Ben assured me that they would address this in training with their service managers so it wouldn't happen again. I appreciated the follow-up.

Murdock Hyundai of Lindon Continues to Impress
I continue to be impressed by Murdock Hyundai of Lindon. They have a very attentive staff and a clean and comfortable facility. I did have a question about an aspect of my service package, so I asked the cashier. She took the time to research my question, and even provided me with additional documentation to make sure that the question/issue would never happen again.

I mentioned before in other parts of the survey that I felt rushed and unable to ask questions about my car and possibly fixing certain parts. Thankfully, I was able to ask afterward, but it was not the exceptional experience that everyone is wanting me to have. I also was unable to get responses during the actual service of my car, so I could not ask questions like it is claimed.

I apologize for any inconvenience you had on your last visit. All of our parts and labor is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, with the exception of an alignment that is warrantable for 3 months or 3,000 miles. We definitely understand your frustration if that alignment was out of spec again just outside of that warrantable time. Came back dirtier than when I left it
Dropped my car off for a maintenance issue. They had my car for 3 weeks. When I got my car back the outside and interior was dirtier than when I left it. There was black greasy fingerprints everywhere on my WHITE interior/seats! Plus there was black glue/tar substance on several parts of the outside. Never have I been to a dealership where they didn’t clean your car or at least run it through the car wash. Extremely unacceptable!
