They take care of business in a timely fashion.
You can depend on St.Charles Hyundai to call if there is any variation or problem that arises. The work is almost always completed on time and they usually wash your car, depending on the weather.

Best Dealer ever!
St. Charles Automotive truly cares about the person,, not the car in the person, but the person in the car. They take time to make sure what you want/need is best fit to the vehicle options. Sadly, my Azera has a design flaws in the transmission and Hyundai (not the dealer) has not honored a replacement.

I had an excellent experience! However, I heard about a serious general problem with the automobile and that had to do with the engine. I researched it and found an article written in CNBC that was really bad. I talked with people in the service department and they assured that they had not heard of anything that required a recall....

In over all, it’s good.
But I need to mention a point here..since I had a problem with my trunk ..while I was booking an appointment I had difficulty to choose correct option since it was not clear at all. It would be better if there is any specific options for repairs/ Services.
