Mistakes happen ,hopefully next service will be better.
Had a routine oil change service performed and asked for the complimentery wash and vacuum afterwards but did not get the wash and vacuum .

In general my experience has been good but the idling speed requires further attention
My car was brought in by Calibar who were repairing it. I am not satisfied with the idling speed and plan to bring the car back

Prompt response to remedy the situation
My dissatisfaction with the length of time associated with my recall experience was somewhat tempered by a call from Cheryl. She apologized for the delay I had undergone and offered a complimentary oil change - which I'll use . Impressive that they called within 20 minutes of receiving a negative review - I'll be interested to see how things pan out when I go in for the service! It's interesting that this evaluation form only allows me to answer either YES or NO, but there is no MAYBE option. For the moment my YES is really a conditional one :)

Felt like I was at Key Hyundai in Jacksonville (where I will NEVER go back to) - Not given a lot of information up front. No information or updates during excessively long wait. Given wrong keys and found seat covered with grease spots.

scheduling an appointment
I went on line to schedule routine maintenance on my 2013 Santa Fe. I was surprised when I received an email stating they couldn't give me a quote on a new vehicle without knowing the make and model of my vehicle. Confused I tried calling them on the phone (twice) to make the appointment and and twice I was connected to new sales. Finally after contacting them online again I live chated with Becca and got an appointment and confirmed the work I needed done. The sales dept was great when we bought the vehicle, but the service dept needs some work.

Following instructions
The reason I only gave three stars is due to the inability to follow instructions. The quality of work and professionalism of the service adviser is great. I just asked for the windows to be not rolled down due to the windows being tinted the day before. The first thing the maintenance personnel did was roll the windows down. All other visits have been great work, very professional and time efficient. It just so happens that this time, that wasn't the case.
