bang for the buck not there period
Please stop up-selling , just do the necessary repairs at a fair price with no BS ....AND on a timely manner. I have owned and run a VERY successful auto repair for 40 yrs , I am an ASE Certified Master Tech , as well as my Wife for 40 yrs , and we both just retired 4 months ago , you guys need a refresh on your approach to add on sales and customer service ! Your Service advisers personality , knowledge , and compassion to each and every customers personal situation is imperative for future long gain loyalty and potential... I ran my Fathers car thru your system for routine maintenance , and found many faults.............nothing that cannot be corrected , but still not right....... So if the purpose of this rating is for improvement , that's a really good step, and here I am............however you have to listen , consider and implement , or not......bottom line based on average customer awareness and time constraints/costs factors......not coming back......every shop has a bottom line , yessir , however personality , compassion and Knowledge drives sales .......trust me , eye to eye contact with trust based on truth is a steel forged in heaven........Bottom line, your system is a 6 of 10 , Why....Why are you lacking....pay more attention to personal relationships and trust , easy peasy with specific training , your people are beautiful , just not trained.......(^_^)

Sun visor replacement
I went to the dealership to have a sun visor replaced and the work was done correctly but my biggest complaint is that I had an 11:40 appointment and they did not even begin to work on my car until 12:40.

Went in for oil change changed 2 filters told them to check everything. They did. Iwas told would need 2 back ties eventually but they were ok for road trip. Driving down I 10 tire blows out. Thank God my husband was driving. I may go back to south Florida for future repairs where I leased the car

Thank you for taking the time to share your service experience. I am sorry to hear about your tire blow out and happy to hear you were okay. The tires were inspected for you and found to be in the yellow (4-5/32") which by industry standards is still safe to drive on. Of course all of our guest's safety is our main concern. Unfortunately, tire blow outs can and do happen regardless of how much tire life is left and once again, we are happy nobody was injured. This service department shows not a hint of doing anything more than what's absolutely necessary
Terrible terrible. My experience during this visit was terrible. The service writer had no intention of doing anything more than the absolute minimum. I brought the car in for 2 recalls: 1- Air bag clock spring and 2- seat belt retainer. The test for these recalls required that a code reader be attached to decipher codes. Since this code reader was being attached anyway, I asked the service writer if the tech could tell me if codes were present for a problem I was having with the fuel gauge, and an intermittent issue I was having when the car reached 2000 RPM. Before the words could leave my mouth, she said $100 for the each test. Keep in mind that some auto parts stores do this for free. The Hyundai dealer who services a customer's car cannot do it complimentary? ALSO- I brought in a coupon for a multi point inspection. When the recall item was repaired, and te car was ready for pick up, the service writer said this multi inspection couldn't be done because she couldn't find an available lift. She needed a lift to check tires, fluids and the like? Really ??? AND ... she wrote on the service report that the multi point inspection was performed. Unbelievable. Like I said, terrible TERRIBLE. Once this car is sold I will never NEVER consider buying another Hyundai, because the way these cars are made I would need a good service dealer, and St. Augustine Hyundai is the worst car dealer I've encountered in all my years of owning cars.
