Updated review: Tameron reached out and made things right
After writing my initial review, I was surprised to receive a phone call from Adrienne, Tameron's customer service representative. She was very polite, and informed me that what happened to me should not have taken place. I was told that the diagnostic fee is ALWAYS removed if you choose to get your car serviced with Hyundai (not to make up for an incorrect quote) and that the price I was quoted for my battery should have been honored. To fix the problem, I was refunded the difference between what I was originally quoted and what I actually paid. I was pleasantly surprised at this turn of events, and have to say I'm glad Tameron not only reads their customer reviews, but follows up with them as well. Thank you! If I ever have another issue I will reach out to the customer service department first!

In lieu of service issue, Joe Bajalia, Service Mgr., has informed us that he will be returning the diagnostic fee of $119.50
We will see how it goes. If Tameron follows thru then I would consider recommending , otherwise I would be very hesitant. will give them benefit of doubt.

Nice staff, friendly, convenient shuttle service for customers. Chick Fil A biscuits in the morning for customers in the break room while you are waiting on your car or a diagnosis or the shuttle service. The two locations could do a better job of communicating between each other. Shuttle is pretty prompt and friendly.
