Steven, thank you for the honest review. We completely understand your frustration regarding timing. Sometimes the times on the work orders are generated based off of when the job starts rather than when it ends. That could be the case with your situation. It's also possible that there was a miscommunication between the technician and the service writer. John, thank you for the good review and the good feedback. We have several different service workers who are either 6+ ft tall and two that are just over 5 ft tall. For safety reasons, we have to move some seats so that we can reach the pedals and we do our best to move them back to as close to the original position as we can. We apologize and will do everything in our power to make it right during your next experience with us. Thank you for giving us the chance to serve you.
Nathan, I'm glad that your overall experience was pleasant but am very sorry to hear that the detail experience was as expected. We do subcontract out some of our detail work when our own shop is too busy. That being said, it still should have been done well and I'm sorry that it wasn't.
