Could be better
The service itself is not bad, but the person who was taking care of the paperwork was my main source of dissatisfaction. First, she said it would be done in 1 1/2 hour, I came back in 2 hours the papers were not done. Then, she said that she just had "to close the papers", next what I saw was that she was taking care of another customer. I was waiting and waiting until I left without papers. Consider that I was with the 10 month old infant who spent more than 2 hours sitting in the stroller! So upsetting!

GREAT VEHICLES BACKED UP BY A GREAT WARRENTY BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS REALLY HORRIBLE!!! WOULD RECOMMEND NEW MANAGEMENT
Service department is horrible mechanics are not reliable or professional will not recommend anyone to this location could not fix my vehicle been there twice cars been there for a total of 8days and they still could not figure out the problem Christine could not gave no details whatsoever always got the run a round will not be purchasing from this location again. My wait may have been long with an appointment. CHRISTINE TONELLI explained there was long waitimg. I told her they need to look at their schedule department. She told me all that was need to be done but they had to orderived the parts. She told me she would call me Tuesday and she did.

Not impressed by service.
I still felt incomplete with comfort when I left and no car wash. I don't feel due diligence was performed when I brought in maintenance updates from dealer I bought the car from. Blue Link still shows these service needs to be done when I provided a copy of the work performed. Just not completely happy.

Connie was amazing at this location
Connie went above and beyond to make things right. I had some issues and she made things. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. She always makes me feel welcomed. Connie and randy have always been amazing. I drive 30 minutes plus and pass plenty of Hyundai dealerships to come to this location. I greatly appreciate her. Also I miss randy also.
