Staff turnover - poor service - poor communication
Routine maintenance took over 7.5 hours. Poor communication about delayed status. Tried to tell me I needed a part that was just replaced on my last visit - don’t try to rip off your loyal customers!

A little underwhelming
I was pleased that my vehicle was taken care of but it took almost an hour longer than I was told it would for a simple oil change. Also, I was Told that my vehicle would be washed every time it was serviced and my vehicle was certainly not clean when returned to me.

Inagain outagain finegan.
We had an appointment for service, oil filter change and tire rotation. The appointment time was 7:30am. We were finished and leaving the dealership at 8:30am. Everything was checked, and fluids were topped off. Anyone can spare an hour to get things done right!

My Radiator Leak was repaired as promptly as possible.
Upon my arrival on Feb. 9 Matt reviewed all the work that needed to be done to repair the radiator leak and how many hours it would take. Matt also offered a ride home. He also offered a ride to go get lunch. We appreciated the offers but we waited until all the work was complete. Thanks Hyundai for a job well done.

Good news, bad news
Oil filter was defective, unknown at the time. Oil leaked. Problem quickly corrected upon discovery. Thanks to the dealer service dept.

Didn't keep me updated with status of repairs and when it was ready to pick up. Man at counter already planned on not charging for oil change due to inconvenience before I even said anything about it.

The experience at Faulkner Hyundai on Paxton Street was all right. They were doing a simple oil change and it took two and a half hours while I waited. Check-in check- out person could have been a little nicer and less robotic. Overall it was a okay experience.

2022 Inspection and vehicle check
I leased a Nissan Ultima and 2 Nissan Rogues from Faulkner Nissan and my current vehicle a 2020 Hyundai Tucson AWD from Faulkner Hyundai.

I have never had any problems with sales, service or customer service! Their facility is always clean, and everyone is helpful and friendly, which is the main reason why I wait for 90% of my vehicle service appointments! I will stay with what works!
