2 hour wait for a routine oil change?
Nothing really to say. A 2 hour wait for a routine oil change. No communication even attempted ( my fault. I must need to chase the advisor down)

Sales staff (at least the one I got when purchasing the car) was great.
Service are needs improvement in staff, promptness to be greeted when arriving to dealership as well as they take a lot of time to get the service done

Unexpected Warranty
I expected to pay at least the diagnostic charge but my cruise control repair was covered under an extension to my warranty so I am a happy camper! Didn't cost me a cent and got a car wash and vacuum. Great service!

There’s a degree of responsibility and professionalism that every employee has. But these employees outdo their standards. They strive to complete a professional role in making their customers feel like they own a Bentley or some sort of overpriced machine. And at the end of your journey you don’t mind returning because you know you will be treated next time even better.

Thanks to Dalton and team for my first Transmission replacement experience. Not working about transportation because they quickly offer a loaner. In a time when a major repair is need last thing to think about is how to get around. From the updates on to the process of returning my car to me Dalton it was a pleasure.
