Terrible experience.
I was told my car would be ready in 4 hours and would receive a call. After 4.5 hours I went to check on my car because I hadn't gotten a call or text. Was then told that my car was not done and needed to be held for the night for airbag seat assembly replacement which would cost me nearly $2000. They never called me within the 4 hour window to tell me that. They did give me a rental car for the night but By the night the rental company picked me up to bring me to my rental I had been at the Hyundai service center for a total of 6 hours. I picked up the small rental with no issues. However the next day I received a call saying there was no problem with my airbags and they just needed to reset the computer. So my car could have been done within the 4 hour window I was told. But due to the lack of care from the Hyundai team I had 7+ hours of my life wasted when all I went in for was my 90k service. I will never return to this Hyundai service center because it was the worst experience I have ever had.

Excellent customer service!
This was my first visit to Holler Hyundai's Service Center and it was by far the best experience I've had. Ty Ostreicher was my service advisor and from the moment I walked in he welcomed and greeted me. He took the time to genuinely listen to my long winded explanation of what was wrong with my car. My Tucson was having some A/C issues and I explained to him that another Hyundai service department was unable to diagnose or fix the problem. He assured me that they would do all they could to assist me. I assumed that it would take 3-5 days to resolved the issue. The next day Ty called me up with great news. My A/C was working and my car was ready for pick. After months of dealing with another Hyundai Service Department who were unable and unwilling to assist, I can't thank Holler Hyundai and Ty enough for the outstanding service. It's this type of service that will make me a customer for life. Well done!

From buying the car to my first service...the team at holler has been great to deal with... I live closer to two other dealerships but the pressure I received trying to just look at the new ioniq justified me driving over an hour to the holler team. Then when I tried to deal locally with service... unanswered calls took me back where I should have gone first...holler. I will recommend them over the two local anytime for excellent sales and service team.

No appointment necessary!
All went well. I did not have an appointment so I expected to have a wait. I was getting a 30,000 mile service. I also got there during the lunch break, which also extended the wait. Overall I waited about 2.5 hours. Thought that was fine for not having an appointment. Price was also fair and as always I suspect the service was done thoroughly and correctly.
