Very average experience.
Not up to your usual standards. People answering the phone seem to be very uninformed. Quick to put you on hold for minutes at a time and then come back with little or no info. Promises to get info and call back were not returned. It took repeated calls over a period of 3 days to get a quote for the work I wanted done. An appointment was finally scheduled but when the car was brought in at the appointed time, no record could be found. Had to start all over. Very frustrating.

Slow service
I am happy to have a maintainence plan for my routine oil change but making an appointment for a service that normally takes 20 minutes should not take over two hours. My last visit lasted 2 hours 15 minutes

Thank You for your review.  Your service contract covers more items of maintenance than just a basic oil change.  This requires additional time-at certain intervals to accomplish.  Looks like we failed to give you a reasonable explanation of time for the visit, and we apologize for that.  These reviews will shared with the service team to ensure better communication.
