Basic 64000 mile service performed accordingly. What I was not comfortable with is the sales approach on a service visit. Also parking is terrible and they don't let you know upfront what to do with your vehicle upon arrival. Also what you request online for service does not appear to be received at the dealership

Disappointed
I have always brought my car here for maintenance and repairs and I have always had excellent service. However this time I was disappointed...I brought it in for routine maintenance, I always get a " mini" detail that consists of vacuuming the front and back,cleaning windows,the dash board and wash and wax.When I picked the car up the first thing I noticed was the cover for the cabin filter was left on my front seat,crumbs on the console and doorjambs etc..
I felt they were in a rush and did not take time to do a good job.I did go back in and they did put the cover back on and re vacuum it. The excuse was "we have a lot of new employees "
I have never had a negative experience here,I always recommend them,so I really hope this isn't a future trend. Thank you

The only negative side of the service was that I brought the car in Thursday late afternoon and it wasn’t completed until mid afternoon on the following Tuesday due to parts that needed to be ordered.

Service was excellent. Sales people need to back off.
I went to the dealership for a recall and some routine maintenance. As I pulled up to the dealership and got out of my car a salesman approached me and asked me if I was trading my car in. I politely told him no and that I was there for service. He said "ok, what's your payment on that?" I informed that my car was paid off and that I was just there for service. I went to the service desk and the service advisor was polite and attentive. They took my car right away and told me with the recall and the work I had asked to be done would take a couple hours. I sat in the waiting room for a while. Every once in a while I like to get up, take a wall, maybe use the restroom, etc. Every time I left the room the same sales guy kept badgering me about trading my car in. Now I have no problem telling the guy to beat it, but it makes the whole service experience tedious and annoying.

Survey response.
Frank was excellent to work with. Very accommodating and excellent in communicating with us in regards to repairs and estimated time of work being completed. The bathrooms were in great need of a cleaning. I myself replaced the empty toilet paper dispenser. Fortunately there were spare rolls on top of the paper towel dispenser. A fresh coat of paint would be nice too! The customer lounge was lacking necessary items to make a complete cup of coffee while waiting. Perhaps assigning someone to tend to bathrooms and making sure lounge supplies are fully stocked would be beneficial.
