They told me a certain time limit and exceeded over it, then if I didn't acknowledge the sales rep my battery change would've not been done. And they stole $20 from my car!

Poor interdepartmental communication, great front staff
The day that I had my car serviced was very busy and there was only one attendant, Gary, who handled all the Hyundai and Kia cases for that day. Gary was very patient, understanding, and attentive to the needs of the clients. There was a back up in terms of serviced cars and though my estimated that it would take 1.5 hours for my car to be serviced, it took over two hours, and Gary was not notified that my car was finished. As a result, I had to wait another hour as my car was sitting in the lot.

Gary should be commended for his work. Communication needs to improve between departments to facilitate the process.

This dealer has the worst customer service; from the girls that answer the phones, that sometimes they may even hung up on you or just not care and sent you straight to someone's voicemail without listening to what you need. To the worst service advisers. Got to my appointment time to find that my assigned adviser had left to lunch. I had to wait to see who could see me, meanwhile no one asks what a customer needs help on, you can stand there for a whole hour and no one even asks if you have been helped. When the car is done they don't call you; when you call to ask for a status, the receptionist says it is ready, the adviser has no clue what is going on and what was done to the car. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I have given Braman many opportunities to see if these situations improve; however, every time it is a different horrible experience with their staff. ONLY convenience is the location, everything else is a disaster.

Dissapointing last visit
Hello I took my 2011 Hyundai Elantra in for an oil change, tire rotation and recall repairs on Tuesday,July 12, 2016. I dropped my car off in the afternoon and planned on returning the following afternoon to pick it up. On Wednesday, July 13th, at 2:30p.m. I received a call from my service representative letting me know that my car was totally ready for pick up. I arrived to Braman Miami Hyundai ( 20th st) at 5:15 p.m. to pick up my car. I was told to go the cashiers window to pay. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes I was told that my car wasn't ready, at which moment my service representative Gary was called over to figure out the issue. I was told to take a seat and that he would figure out what was going on. A few minutes later Gary thankfully returned with some paperwork as escorted me to the front of the cashier line to facilitate my payment. At that time I received my payment receipt and was instructed to take my receipt to the valet guys and they would bring my car around. I proceeded to go outside and give one of the valet guys my payment receipt and waited for my car to be brought around. After about ten minutes I went outside again to inquire what was going on. The valet guy told me that my car was not ready and that it was in the body shop. At that moment I felt confused being that my car had only had the oil changed and the tires rotated, so proceeded to go and speak to Gary once again to figure out what was going on. I waited for 15 minutes in the customer waiting area lounge. I then approached Gary once again to figure out what was going on and what was taking so long. He then went outside once again to see what was going on while I continued to wait. About 15 minutes later my car was brought around fresh from the car wash and my keys were handed over. Although I arrived to the service center at 5:15, I waited for over an hour for my car to be delivered back to my care. Upon entering my vehicle and to my dismay I realized that the sticker indicating when I should get my next oil change had not been replaced and the old sticker was still in place. At this point I parked my car near the front door of the service entrance and told Gary that I was disappointed with the customer service I'd received that day at Braman. He then proceeded to printout a new oil change indicator sticker after having someone unjam the machine. Gary was very helpful in trying to expedite the return of my vehicle, however I felt that I passed around to too many people and I didn't feel like I was a priority. Gary himself said that over an hour was a bit much to be waiting for my car. About an hour later I called the service center to ask about the reimbursement of my Lyft rides to and from the dealership while my car was being serviced. I'd previously been told by me service rep that I just needed to screen shot the receipts and they would reimburse me. Upon calling, the young girl that answered the phone told me that she wasn't sure how it worked and that if that's what the rep told me then that's what I should do. I then asked her if she could find out due to the fact that she simply wasn't sure and she said " well I'm pretty sure that if that's what the rep told you to do then that's probably the way to get reimbursed." She then asked me the name of my rep and gave me his email address based on the usual format of the Braman emails ( garyd@bramanmiami.com). I sent an email on 7/13/2016 and have yet to hear back.

My boyfriend and I have been bringing our cars to Braman for the past six years combined ( my boyfriend four and two for me) and we have never had a problem. In fact, Diana has always been our representative and has given us 5 star service each and every single time we have ever stepped foot in there, even during business rush hours where she was swamped and dealing with several different customers. I was disappointed this time around, and hope not be disappointed next time.
