I’ve taken my Sonata to this location since I purchased it eleven years ago. Although the dealership has had several owners, and personnel has changed, my service advisor has been a constant. I get exceptional knowledge and great service. I’ll continue to use them. Even when I look for my next Hyundai.

I had recently moved back home to Texas and had a problem with my wife’s vehicle. I researched and chose Clay Cooley based on the ability of their staff to work on my wife’s specific vehicle. My service advisor and service director went above and beyond to help me resolve vehicle issues that should have been covered under an extended warranty I purchased elsewhere. I am thankful I found this service department and will drive over 50 miles each way to have service completed there.

Took a long time to get work done since they were short staffed. They should have notified people before they came to the shop if they already had a scheduled appointment.

First oil change and tire rotation
When tires rotated, the key to locks on tires was not returned to me. I have tried several times to get answer but no one will call me back. I also had 2 small chips on back bumper. I had not had car a year yet. They did not fix. Said I had to buy that insurance when I purchased vehicle.

Jenifer exceeded expectations when helping me with service on my car. She communicated with me each day as I waited for a loaner car so I could leave my Tucson with the Service technicians. When loaner was available, she had the car ready, and also the appointment for my car's diagnostics. Car could have taken two to three days, but Service Dept found the issue and fixed that day. Jenifer is an asset to the Clay Cooley Team and hope to work with her again in the future.
