My service writer, Javer is always very helpful. He reviews my past service on my car and let's me know what needs to be done. He always gives me options on my service and reviews everything with me.

Javer Esquivel made me feel like customer service is job#1!
Javer went out of his way to make certain that my experience was great. He kept me informed as to the status of the repair and warranty coverage. He promptly arranged for a loaner vehicle and also made sure my car was freshly washed at pickup! The service I received rivaled what I grew accustomed to with my BMW 7 series!

I continue to be extremely pleased with the service I receive from Javier the excellent service personal who takes his time making sure everything with my car is taken of!!! I appreciate all he does for me!! Puente Hill Hyundai must be very happy to have him taking such great care of their customers!!
Also the mechanic who work on my car have always done a fantastic job with whatever my car needs!!!

My Service Adviser is Javer
My Service Adviser is Javer and he is exceptional and a valuable asset to the Hyundai Team.
I recommend him to all my friends and family and at times to owners that are waiting for the vehicles to be serviced. Javer has always done his very best in keeping me up to date with what maintenance needs to done to my vehicle. He's the reason why I have never gone any where else to have my vehicle serviced.

The Best of Care
My husband and I always receive the best customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai from the service department to the sales staff. Javier, our service advisor knows us when we come in which adds a personal touch. He makes sure that we're aware of the service is needed and when. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Happy with service and associates
I’m happy with the service and associates. I always receive but wish they would stop assuming this is my first visit to your dealership. I’m here 3 to 4 times a year since ‘16. But the first thing out there mouth each visit “is this your first time here”. There is only one thing that I am dissatisfied with and that’s the internet service while sitting the few hours in the waiting room.
