Multiple trips needed.
I’m not sure why every time I take my car in for an issue it takes two or three times to actually have the problem fixed. It’s like the techs are just rushing the cars out of the door to clear their queue. Not one time have I not had to do multiple trips. Service manager needs to step up and get involved.

bad customer rep
steeling recall didn't get fixed the first time (2 years ago), told the reps same day at that time that it didn't felt right and it didn't get fixed right, and he said it supposed work that way and should be fine. brought it back this time (2 weeks ago) for another recall and told another reps about the previous recall didn't get fixed, he went and do a drunk driver type of test drive, he also said there is nothing wrong with the steeling, I told him I drive other cars and none have this problem before, the steeling is so light and loose that I can navigate it with just one finger. after 3 hours of repair wait, he finally admitted the steeling was way off and there was a problem with it and his tech boss fixed it. While prepping his service render paperwork, he added that my battery is bad and need to get it replace right away, stupid me to believe a Hyundai customer service, so I took the battery out to the store and they did a 2 hours burn in test, result came out totally normal, nothing wrong, the battery was only one year old.

Do not come here
Car sent in for simple oil change. Turned down extra maintenance. When I got car back, there were new grinding noises. Called to report, no one assisted. Finally got through, and was told it was not their fault and was laughed at. Never purchase a hyundai from any dealer, bad experience at both locations I've visited.

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR BENEFIT
Before getting my car serviced, I called the sister company (south bay) hyundai to get pricing on services. The previous reps, who were very (5 star) helpful, told me I could wait on my major service. I knew I had to do a major, so I called in and got 2 packages south bay was offering (puente hills was not). My rep advised me I missed an intermediate and major 60k service. He mentioned I could possibly lose my free oil changes, but not to worry cause he would be able to take care of me. He quoted me $1100 to "catch up". I then told him about the packages from the sister company. Instead of calling them to verify, he went on their website and said there was nothing. Only 10% off. I asked if they could match the package at south bay. He said they had different deals, and rates because of labor NAICS codes. Whether that was true, I was confused why they couldn't look into it with a simple phone call. He was so sure that nothing could be done. The rep had me call south bay to verify what exactly the deal was. I had to call them and go over everything. Turned out that the way south bay and puente hills performed transmission flushes were different. South bay did a drain and fill from the pan, where puente didn't do that. Puente did a complete flush through the cooler, piping, and torque (words from my rep). I called south bay and told them everything, and they started to apologize on behalf of puente, and told me everything sounds off. I asked for a manager, and the rep told me he could take care of it. The manager, or the person who had an office behind my rep told walked right by and was present during a portion of the conversation, and did not address the situation. Actually, when he walked by, the rep said, "We need to talk to southbay." Also, he said something about southbay when walking into the service area to ask the technician about the process puente hills performs transmission flushes. By this time, I was upset, and felt very indifferent. I talked to Kristen in the front office, and she made me feel a lot better. I talked to the owner who was there, and I felt even better that this would get addressed. I really don't want to do service at Puente again, but it's close. AND, I bought my car there. Crazy experience. Only reason for no yelp review, was I know Kristen reviews those and reaches out to remedy complaints. Knowing her and her work ethic made me refrain.

I am very upset.
I got regular maintenance on Friday. And my car has a warning light 'have to service'. So, I call your service department. But they told me 'Bring the car.' I don't have time enough, so asked them please take my car in my home. But they couldn't. After 1 week, you took my car. Someone bring the car and took my car for me.

And the car someone bring to me was too much smell. I couldn't drive for a while. Too much cigarette smell.

Please check the car for customer.

I’ve though I had a good experience at this Dealership with my Daughters car and came back all the way from Rancho Cucamonga. Next time I feel like I should go to a dealer closer to me. Now that I look back at both services they were both recalls and we ended paying labor costs.

When returned to me after basic servicing, my car had a rattle it didn't have before I dropped it off, requiring me to return it to be fixed, and while the rattle did disappear after they worked on it again, no valid explanation was given as to what had been done wrong or left undone.

Service team was excellent
The service team explained all service work clearly and the work was done in the time they said. It would be fine. The only issue I had was with the WiFi being terrible, I recommend dropping off the car instead of waiting. The WiFi is not in the service teams control.

Service team did great, WiFi useless
The service was good and smooth but I had a 3 hour service so I brought my laptop to get work done. Could not even connect to basic level of internet. Did not get to make use of my wait time. The service is still good but with COVID you don’t have options to go offsite to get work done
