Engine was shot in my Elantra
Hyundai took care of everything with getting me a new motor in the Elantra. I had 2 brand new cars to drive at no expense to me while they fixed my car. It took a little over 2 months to get a new motor but I had no complaints.

Excellant servce and great people.
I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Mr. Brown and his service personnel have delivered excellent service every time. However, the Hyundai vehicles I can not recommend. I have a 2011 Sonata that has constant and ongoing recalls. The quality of Hyundai in this vehicle is beyond terrible. It is a disappointment to own. If this dealership sold another band of vehicle, I would have bought two more vehicles from them.

Above Average, but not Perfect
They did a great job overall with communication; however, it seemed that the services performed were a bit lengthy after being informed of what needed to be done. I like that they offered a discount for Military members; I was quoted 10% discount, but only received a $10 discount in the end. Additionally, the labor costs seemed rather high compared to the services requested / received. Furthermore, they did not apply my Hyundai Rewards, which would have helped reduce costs further. Overall, the service was above average, but not perfect.

Excellent Service
I had a problem with the malfunction light coming on and my car not coming out of park. Brad ran a diagnostic test on it and found the problem right away. He also was able to change the sensor that night even though you were closing in less than an hour. Very happy with service.

Great Experience and Future Customer.
I purchased my Elantra and my past 2 hyundai cars from another hyundai dealership in the area. When my Elantra had a mechanical issue my dealership couldnt find a issue and really showed no concern in repairing it for me. I decided to come to St. Charles Hyundai for service. From the minute i was greeted by the service advisor i could tell this dealership is on another level. They found the issue within 30 min and repaired my Elantra for me. They kept me updated while i waited in their lounge area. I will definitely bring my car here for any future needs. I will for sure come here to purchase my next Hyundai vehicle even though its farther from my residence.
St. Charles Hyundai proved to me they take care of their customers.
