I was there Saturday around 2:30 because my battery dies. A lady help me at first, she said she couldn’t help me because they are wrapping up for closing but they close at 4.. So she ask me to leave the car there. Then she found another person to check me in because she need to leave. I’m glad he helped me because he was fast and professional, and he told me if it’s just a battery I can just wait and he will do it for me real quick. I was there for about 30 min it was completed. Saved me a Uber fee and time back on Monday.

Awesome customer service, always willing to help and great on time.
Gentlemen in the servicing department figured out the problem with my car, he double checked it was covered under the service plan I have and fixed it within an hour. Thank you!!!!

Always great service!
Since I bought my Genesis I’ve always returned to this dealer for service. The main reason I return is because of my service advisor Jae Lee. He always remembers me he is very friendly and does his best to get my warranty to pay for as much as possible so I pay the minimal amount out of pocket. He also doesn’t run the bill up on me and let me know when things can wait for later. I always appreciate that. Jay is a great example of what service advisors should be like.
