Recall Error
Took my car in for a recall, when it was in for that, they messed something else up, spent a week in the dark about the status of my car and having to find rides to and from work and spent time picking up and dropping off my car just to find out it could’ve been avoided in the first place

Please fix right the 1st time
Same 4 issues requiring 5 visits each and counting...running out of time off to deal with these minor (I thought) issues. Check in/ out folks are great/ not the problem.

Spent Time On My Issue
My car had an unexplainable electrical problem. The Service Manager and Technician went through many possible issues and found one that could be the cause, explaining to me what to do if the issue does not get resolved.

Great unyielding service
Had a very hard to diagnosis problem, which lead to Hyundai technicians providing guidance who were also stumped. My service adviser Bob Reck provided me with a loaner car and kept me updated throughout the repair process.

Best Service Center I have needed.
Im 48 and purchased 5 new cars over my lifetime. This last one has had multiple minor annoyances that were driving me crazy. Each time the crew has taken me seriously and acknowledged my issue and resolved it. My car seems exactly as the manufacturer had intended it to be. Had my other brands of autos treated me this way I might have been back to them.
