The tech tried to sell me on something not necessary but did not provide me with documentation of the failed test. This is the second time this Hyundai shop misled me tontry to sell me an unneeded service.

Level of Service is far below what I have experienced with Cadillac and Lexus
I've been in 2 times and was extremely disappointed both times. Two hours for a scheduled oil change is far too long and the car wash left my car looking worse than when I dropped it off.

Our oil sticker machines default to 3750 intervals and I am sorry the mileage interval was incorrect on your sticker and did not reflect for the synthetic oil we placed in your vehicle. I expected a faster and better job than previous job.
I had to have my window switch panel replaced because the previous service tech messed it up when changing the window motor. A small hole was punched in my vinyl arm rest. I had told the service man at the front desk I didn't want to see any more of that. And I did......another hole in it......I had an 11:00 appointment. .........at 12:00 I'm still standing there looking at my car......not even in yet. Just to get this panel in......... (not happy )

Great sales, subpar service
I had a great experience being the car, and while the service team is very nice, the job done was subpar. I found my cruise control was not working and I had a faulty your pressure gauge. They took my car in with no issues but my cruise control still didn't work.

Story of an oil change
You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time for an oil change, right? You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get your car that 10 minute inspection that they say makes getting oil changes at the dealer worth it. You'd think that 4 hours would be plenty of time to get fluids topped off when your oil needs to be changed, as specified in the terms of your oil change. Well if you thought any of those things about Hyundai of Wesley Chapel, you'd be dead wrong.

The oil change was prompt. The communication about the recall part was terrible. Waited fifteen days for appointment. Was told at time of appointment the part was being ordered and would be there.

James, was great and and he indeed kept me in the loop as far as everything that was needed and going on with my vehicle and even helping me with the loaner car, when there were a few bumps he called enterprise himself to assure me me that i would have a loaner car! The concern was not direct towards James at all! it was direct for the part that wasn't fix when i came in last Jan which cause the engine to fail! So he made sure that everything was taken care of and i truly apologize, if this might had any negative impact on James! Because again he was great!!!

Took my car for service - oil change - 1st time there - used to take car for service to another dealership. The other place washed and vacuumed car, so I was dissappointed that you didn't do it. Not sure I will come back unless they start giving the extras.

Latest Service Visit
I have always receive excellent service from Hyundai of Wesley Chapel and this last visit was no exception. I came in for a $200 60,000 mile service and when it was all done, the service cost over $800.00. I really like my Genesis (this is the third one I have owned)and regularly promote the quality of the car and how inexpensive it is to service. I will be rethinking the promotion of the brand since this last service.
