Another Superb experience!
Once again, Woodhouse Hyundai of Omaha exceeds my expectations! Another superior experience and the dynamic service department are always doing their best to see to it that the needs of the customer are met.
Never a disappointing experience! The service department even provided a "drop off & pick up" driver to and from work for me! WOW!!! That is service!!!
I always look forward to chatting with the service department team and the many fine folks at Woodhouse Hyundai!

Nice waiting area.
The waiting area is nice and the service reps try to give you an accurate accounting of the time involved. However, I asked if my environment filter be replaced and it wasn’t done. So I bought one outside of the dealer and installed it myself. Also some of the fluids were not topped off.

Never steer you wrong!
After being told in Lincoln my repair would cost $1200+ I came to Omaha and turns out it was covered under warranty. The second time Lincoln Hyundai tried to rip me off on service. There won't be a third time. It's Woodhouse for sure A+

The only thing I questioned was the charge for the tire rotation. Many other places do it for free with an oil change. The $21.00 is a gauge in my opinion. It should be free. It does not take a lot of time/work to rotate tires. Thanks, Tom
