Comfortable and efficient
I am very comfortable when getting services here. I will say that I received multiple phone calls from a service once a day for many days after my service that frightened me because it sounded like there was something wrong with my service and I was too call my representing asap. Once I called in I was assured that this was just an annoying service that I should not worry about which i appreciated, but didn't make this service any less of an annoyance and slightly stressful.

Thank you for taking time to fill out the survey and provide us with feedback.  I apologize if you were pressured or made to think there is something wrong with your vehicle.  The company that makes those calls are only suppose to follow up on previous service and make sure everything went well and there are no other issues.  They will also review any services that were declined but are not supposed to pressure you in any way to make the repairs.  I will make sure to follow up with them so they do not continue to do this and change their approach.  Again I apologize for how the call went and thank you for giving me the feedback to make the proper changes.

Good quality service
I have been servicing my Hyundai since I bought it new in 2015. The service has been very good and it is nice that I can set up appointments on-line. The oil changes take longer than other places (usually around 45 mins), but a car wash is included with the oil changes, so it makes it worth the wait. The service people have never pushed anything on me and act very professionally. The waiting area is also very clean which is always a bonus.

Service was fairly quick (~30 minutes for an oil change) and they have a comfortable waiting area with wifi and a latte machine to work while you wait.
