Great Service
The best thing about Hyundai West are the people. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the service provided and the smiling staff at the desk I know everything will be done in a professional manner.

Oil change took 1.5 hours
Made appointment in advance, arrived on time, oil change took 1.5+ hours.

Thank you for the feedback.  I apologize the appointment took longer than you had expected.  We do what we can to get oil changes done in about 45 minutes, however I noticed you had a concern with the shifting of the vehicle and asked us to look into this concerm.  Because of this we had to spend time checking the car's computer for information, checking fluid levels, and test driving the vehicle to verify your concern.  These things take about a hour to complete and then we had to peform the oil change which takes 30-45 minutes.  
Again I apologize your appointment took longer than you expected.  Next time it is in if we are just performing an oil change we will make sure to have you in and out in 45 minutes.

Better communication and effort for resolution
Needed a light replaced. Came to my attention that my back light was still dim upon leaving the dealership. I called back to notify about the issue and didn’t receive a call for 4 hours. Was not given impressive accommodations to resolve the issues.

Signed up online for service. Cost of service was never shown or discussed. Dropped it off for oil change, tire rotation, recalls fixed. Picked it up with a $320 bill and IMO, completely unessesary 15k mile service.

I apologize your last visit did not go well and you felt like we took advantage of you.  We do not perform any work on a vehicle without prior authorization from the customer.  We also provide the customer with documentation of what is being performed.  I will review this with my staff and to see if this was not done and if so why.  
After I review this I will be in touch with you on Monday Nov. 27th.
