Most significant, I was notified of a turn signal bulb ,inoperative, likely burned out. Your service person told me of it, allowing me the option of replacing it myself! Great!! I am old and it was not a simple process but I was an electronics tech in the Navy and as a civilian.
The owners manual had a very good illustration and I was able to do the job without any difficulty!
I suppose other outfits might have replaced and then charged me. Even an experienced tech could have taken up to 20 minutes.

The service was great but the waiting area should be better!
The review of issues with my car was very helpful and I really appreciate that. However, the customer lounge could be better since I couldn't find any coffee or other refreshments that you would expect to be available while waiting.

Service manager very friendly. Always provides a shuttle if needed.
Four-star instead of 5-star only because other service providers vacuum and wash the car. Would really add to the experience. Was given a coupon for a car wash at a commercial facility (but no vacuum) but this facility has scratched my paint job with all the rolling brushes and beating cloths and my paint has sparkles so not easy to touch up. Seems like Rairdon's could at least squirt the dirt off.

When a vehicle is in for Hyundai, and it involves a part, the parts department had better be ready to hand over the part to the service man, so it is put on and taken care of in a timely manner.
Very considerate, will take all the time you need to answer questions. I have dropped in without an appointment with a quick question and am helped immediately. I am confident in the service at this dealership
I have been very pleased with the service I have gotten. This was my last free oil change that came with the purchase of my car a couple of years ago. I will say, I was a bit shocked when they informed me my tires needed to be rotated when I picked up my car this time. I had been under the impression that with the full oil change service I had been having done regularly that they HAD been rotating my tires. I was a bit frustrated to find out they had not been rotated since I had purchased my car. The location I used to take my previous vehicle this was a standard service in their full oil change package.
I had to drive up from Canada to get some recalls taken care of. The service I received was courteous and professional. All the parts required had been ordered and the shuttle service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the service department.
