Customer service manager was very efficient. It was nice to also get a car wash.
I would most likely use another company for service because of lower cost. Considering all other circumstances, your service department is exceptional.

Stood behind the product and followed thru in a very timely manner to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and fixed. Michael S involved himself personally in the process from initially bringing in the vehicle for service to ultimate delivery of the vehicle with the initial issue completely rectified. They treated my daughter perfectly
We purchased a 2020 Kona for our daughter last October and this was her first service experience, from the moment we arrived everyone treated her with the utmost respect and never once talked down to her, they took the time to explain to her exactly what service was required.
I was very impressed and my daughter came away with memories of a truly lovely experience.
