Unfortunately I had major repairs done on my Sonata. I have to thank Roger for explaining the situation with kindness and empathy to soften the blow. He also requested that the repair be expedited as quickly as possible. Oh, and the warm chocolate chip cookies, hot coffee and clean waiting area were a bonus.

I went in for a major repair and Cheryl Buck was my advisor. I was so worried about what was going to happen but Cheryl kept me in the loop and helped get my repair covered. They had a loaner available and I was able to keep it the whole time my car was in the shop. I believe I had the car for about a week.
