Sales department is about what you would expect (not so great). Service department is good.

Had to have my entire engine replaced at 3k on my 2020 Veloster N - *Not Hyundai's fault* it was faulty oil filter put on my Firestone at 1st oil change. Anyway the whole thing was quick once they got the engine from the factory. Like 2 days maybe.

Not the worst place. Staff could be more welcoming and more friendly. I'm used to a higher level of interactiveness and friendliness. Thats what we strive for at the dealership that i work at.
