Recall work completed and overall good experience
We just moved to Birmingham so we didn't have an existing relationship with Tameron Hyundai. We came in for recall work, and they identified additional items that needed our attention. Everything was completed within the day and communication was good. Overall, we would recommend.

Best Hyundai dealer around
This is the best dealership I have dealt with. I have dealt with Honda, Ford, and a few others over the years. This dealership was the easiest to work with and the negotiate with. Their service department is great. Nice place to wait if you prefer. Our salesman worked especially hard to get us what we wanted at the price we needed. And we love our Sante Fe more than any vehicle we have owned, and that's quite a few over our roughly 45 years of owning vehicles. I am a tough negotiator and they made it easy when I told them what I needed.

Matt was exceptional. (I had completed the survey on previous request).
We arrived about 10 min early for our appt. Matt came to us immediately. Told us his name and explained what he would be looking for in his assessment. He even took the time to show my husband what/where he would be looking. We waited in the showroom. Within 5 min Matt had sent a message to my phone with his phone number so that, if we had questions we were to call him. Approx 15-20 min later we were paged that our car was ready, and we were safely on our way. We very much appreciate Matt’s helpfulness and kindness.

it’s Clean and has coffee and TV to watch while you wait.
Matt Austin did not have any idea about my vehicle history and I told him that I had just had two tire sensors changed in March 2020. He came in the waiting area after he said the car had been checked and said all four tire sensors needed to be changed. I told him again that the front two sensors had already been changed in March of 2020. He went out and came back with an apology and said only the rear needed to be changed.
