I am sorry that you are disappointed that your service took so long. From the beginning to end of a service, they usually take about 1.5 hours. This includes doing the service itself, a multipoint inspection, a customer video, topping off all fluids, checking all tire pressure, filling as needed and a car wash. It looks like you got a video showing everything on your car looking like its in great condition. Again, I am sorry that your service took longer than you planned but I hope you come back to see us again.
