Thank you for your business and your review. When you booked your appointment online, it was for the 52,500 mile service. This service includes an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, and a multi point inspection. We performed all of these services for you except the replacement of your cabin air filter. We inspected your cabin air filter during the inspection and your filter was in good shape and did not need to be replaced yet, so we did not replace it. We don't ever want to do any work that is not needed, and that was the case with your cabin air filter. Being we did not replace your filter, there was not any charge for it either.

I am sorry you received your coupons the day after your service. Our quarterly coupons are mailed and emailed out once quarter and we have coupons on our website year round. If you receive them right after your service and they were for what you had done, please let us know. We can and will make it right with you. If you receive them weeks after your service, save them and we will honor them on your next visit.

We have seen in the past, there is a small rock or debri chip that can't been seen without really looking for it, that cracks with the heat and temperature change from going out of the shop to out in the sun. When a car has to go into the main shop we have to diagnose what is needed to repair so we generally do not know how long it will take. This makes it difficult to know exactly when a technician will be available for his next customer. However, we do our best to give extra priority to quick recalls/campaigns or customers returning for special order parts. Mario was likely quoting high on his promise time so that we can exceed expectations. I apologize if that came off wrong but always know we want to give you best service possible.
