The real only reason I'm giving a 3 stars is because my problem wasn't fixed. Yesterday, I noticed the same problem occurred again. Frustrating to have to schedule now a THIRD appointment to get my problem fixed.

Great staff and excellent service
You drive up to the covered area, and the service manager opens the door for you with a smile and a friendly greeting - he makes you feel like a family member. They are courteous and friendly. There is a quiet place with comfy couches, newspapers, a big screen TV and wireless internet available. The bathroom is clean, and there is coffee and fruit to enjoy.
