Bio-plastics have become more and more common in cars these days but the real villans here are the rats and we are sorry they keep getting into your cars. There are a few rodent discouraging measures out there, we've had varying success with each of them but since this has been a repeated issues for you, review with Norm what the options are and we'll see if we can avoid these troubles in the future.

Thank you Margie for the great review despite the recent challenges with our wash.
Not an excuse, but it really can take three or more people to properly get a car in, through, and out of the wash and return you a squeaky clean car: A porter to bring in in and out of the wash bay, lot attendants to both drive it through, wash and vacuum it, plus they usually work in a team one on each side of the car. Because we are trying hard to take care of your family and ours, we've limited the areas of your car we interact with and unless absolutely required for repairs we stay out of every place except the drivers seat. We've never charged for our wash and we're happy Norm did it this time, but until we feel safe for you and us, we are limiting our interactions with your car. In the meantime, we've been giving rainchecks and we really do look forward to getting back to washing cars during service.
Great job Norm coming up with a solution - he is aces!
