Wow - very sorry Steven.

Over the years we've enjoyed a pretty good relationship with Enterprise when we've needed them.  These days have been tougher, seems there aren't enough rental cars and not enough people at the agency either.  We know Norm is usually the best at coordinating your visits, and we know he must have thought it would have been much smoother than it was or else he would have rescheduled your visit.

We have too few choices for rental cars these days and we're sorry this visit did not go as planned.  The two star review will count against Norm which we don't think was your intention, but absolutely promise to share your frustration with Enterprise (not much we can do about it these days, but we'll let them know it is disappointing).

We'll look forward to Norm making this up to you on a future visit, he'll want to erase this review.

Nazi is the best
I had a less than perfect visit a month or so ago. It wasn't bad just not up to the standards that I am used to with this Hyundai dealer. I wrote a review and received an immediate response from the general manager addressing my concerns. I was impressed. My review was read. Since then, Hyundai has reached out to me several times to address my concerns. Due to schedules, we did not connect until today. Nazi, the Service Manager spoke to me and we have scheduled an appointment to look into a sensor issue that has just come up. She was concerned and responsive. I have always had the best service from this dealer for the last 8 years and bought another Sonata in 2020 because I like working with them.

slow service

We have been slow.  Well maybe not slow, slow, but more busy busy running behind slow.  This visit we did and oil change and rotate which we would normally expect to take about an hour.  Also though this visit we did a software update for your Sonata to revise the logic for how the car detects misfires and small evaporative emissions leaks.    Because nothing is ever that easy, we cannot actually do both of these things simultaneously and they do both take time.

Still under other circumstances we would have expected and predicted maybe 90 minutes to get your Sonata in, out, washed, and back to you.  These times are anything but ordinary and this visit certainly took longer that any of us would have hoped.  We've been together quite a while now, this Sonata, the Sonata before it, and we do hope to be together for many more years, miles and Sonata to come.

Please forgive us, as you saw, we're bursting at the seams but we're doing our best and we truly hope things will have settled back down before you next visit.

This is disappointing.

Our shop is set up with special mirrors so our technicians can check bulbs all around the car while still sitting in the drivers seat, we are human though.  I'm glad we sorted this out and would be happy to review the other work performed during your visit, we're sorry any doubt whatsoever has arisen but we would be happy to address all of your concerns to your complete satisfaction.

Un resolved issue
I love our Hyundai vehicles but we have had many recalls with our Sport Santa Fe 2014 and I feel that after getting a new motor covered by the company due to factory issues we continue to have problems.
The dealership has not been able to address my concerns and actually find a solution that the vehicle is presenting.
I am considering other options.

Jean, we'd sure like to help.

Although we could not duplicate 'the noise' while we had your Santa Fe, we certainly believe your concern exists and we do want to solve it.  However, before we make any repair attempts we absolutely want to be able to duplicate the issue.   That way we can both isolate the cause and also know for certain that a repair has corrected it.  Any repairs based on a guess of what the cause could be could introduce yet another variable and make a complete solution that much more difficult to discover.

We absolutely want to work with you to solve this, and we will continue to reach out to coordinate follow up.
