Very Poor Communications
For an 11am appointment, the service was strung out, hour by hour until almost 5pm. Was told it was because I had multiple issues and only one person is assigned per car. Was not told in advance.

Prompt Customer Service
I filled out the normal customer service survey after my last car maintenance and was honest about my experience and expectations, not expecting anything to come from it. Today I received a phone call and an email from the dealership Assistant Service Manager to reconcile my concerns. Impressed and now knowledgeable on the communication that should take place to receive the care I expected.

One person in Service tries to oversell.
I was very disappointed that Christian suggested that my brakes were at 3 mm and needed replacement on BOTH front and back.
When I took the car to a competitor I was told that the front brakes were at 3 mm but the rear were at 8 mm and did not need replacement. Furthermore, their cost was $75.00 less. My actual Service Writer was excellent but Christian gave off a very untrustworthy attitude.
I intend to buy a new Santa Fe in October but will have some concern about coming here for service.

I had a flat tire and brought it in for service. The tire had a screw in it and was told it could not be patched. Was not happy that I had to pay for a new tire when my Elantra is a 2018, thought it was under warranty and was advised it was not.

Great service,, diagnosis& parts cost really expensive
Very happy with the service and a professionalism however I had to buy a new gas tank which cost $700 I thought that was really way too high for a gas tank on a 2004 vehicle when you can buy them online for $187 I understand you have to use OEM Hyundai parts but a $500 price difference is unacceptable that was my only issue with the visit

Easy Recall Fix but Disappointment with Service
The dealer was not willing to help me out with a well-worn "key" where the push-buttons on the fob had actually broken. I don't expect a key fob to wear out every 55,000 miles costing almost $400 to replace/reprogram
