Thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle.  We perform a thorough inspection when we service your vehicle including testing the battery, inspecting the brakes and checking/rotating the tires and washing the car when it is done.  It does take about an hour, but safety and reliability are extremely important to us and our valued customers.  Have a great weekend!

got the job done finally.
The battery had to be replaced. First test showed it was okay but had to take it back in for replacement. Maybe they were trying to save me. The hybrid battery is expensive over $400 .

Price gouging for service
Charging $165 to check a noise when two weeks earlier I had paid $300 for a 30,000 mile checkup. What happened to the nice dealership where I bought my car and had it's initial service?

Thank you for your business.  Yes we do an inspection on every vehicle that is in for service and inform the customer if another further repairs or maintenance items are needed.  Sometimes additional items are needed and sometimes not.  But, we believe the customer should be well informed as to what is going on with their vehicle.
