Ricardo was friendly and excellent with his communication. When I came to pick up my car after repair, Ricardo was not in. I walked in to 4 people sitting at their desks. 2 on their cell phones. It took almost 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. They were not friendly and didn’t offer the sanitized pen, water, or even a smile when they finally took my payment. They took a great experience to a bad one.

Was surprised to get a call today from my service advisor. He wanted to apologise for being so busy checking me out after my most recent oil change and wanted me to know that he would be sure to take time with me each time the car came in for service. I am a senior woman and can now rest assured that Ricardo will make sure I understand that my car is getting everything checked out and "good to go" each time I bring it in. This will give me peace of mind. I love my Hyundai and feel safe driving it. Thank you, Ricardo!

Rude Service Advisor
I would recommend this business; but, not recommend Service Advisor, Ricardo Garcia. If I need help with service, Ricardo did not need to be rude to me because the he has personal problems.

On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, I went to Earnhardt Hyundai for Service at 8445 E Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale, Arizona for an oil change and regarding an issue with my front bumper on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited. Since I have purchased my Elantra, the Lower Front Bumper Lip Assembly has been falling off. When I would bring the issue to my Service Advisor, Ricardo Garcia over a number of service visits, Ricardo would push it back into place. However, the Lower Front Bumper Lip Assembly continued to fall off and drag on the ground. During my last visit on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, I asked Ricardo if he can get the part for the bumper replaced or secure it somehow. Ricardo became rude and snappy with me by falsely accusing me of going over a parking bumper and told me, "JUST TAKE IT OFF, NO ONE WILL NOTICE!" I did not want to argue with Ricardo and had the Lower Front Bumper Lip Assembly taken off and put in my trunk. I feel that Ricardo did not want to deal with the issue.

On Friday, January 18, 2019, I went back to the Hyundai Service Department mentioned earlier to talk to Ricardo again. I was told that Ricardo had the day off and I spoke with Michael Southern the Service Director. I told Michael the issue I had with Ricardo and Michael said that he would have a brand new Lower Front Bumper Lip Assembly replaced at no charge during my next appointment on Friday, January 25, 2019. Michael told me that Ricardo had problems with a girlfriend and Ricardo usually does not act poorly. I let Michael know that Ricardo should not bring his personal problems to work. Michael Southern apologized for Ricardo and I left the service department.

Our Sante Fe was still leaking after being repaired but after they found out it was not adequate they got out car in first thing the next morning. An special order had to be placed to repair the car but they still got it done that day

Awful customer service for a low tire
Brought car in due to low tire, they filled it up with air, didn't look at it, there was a nail in the tread, had to bring back next day due to it being flat, since they didn't look at it day before I had to replace tire for $101 due to sidewall being damaged instead of a nominal tire repair job. If I would have went to local auto repair shop I passed on the way, this would not have happened.

We are sorry about your tire.

Flat tires always seem to happen at the worst times.  If we had noted a significant disparity in the amount of air in any of your tires we would have certainly advised you to leave the vehicle and inspected it further.

In the future, Hyundai roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  So if you ever do have a flat tire let them bring your vehicle in for you so you are not forced to drive on it.

We strive to provide excellent customer service and we do wish we could have helped you not drive on your tire until it was no longer repairable.  Please use roadside assistance if you have a future incident of this nature.

Flat tires never happen at a good time.

If we could have repaired the tire for you, we would have of course.  Unfortunately when the puncture is that close to the side wall, it cannot be safely patched.

Although the tire was only a little over 6 months old, no tire is indestructible and punctures like you experienced are simply outside the manufacturer's (or the dealer's) control.

We will always work with you; we've had a long relationship and the frustration of needing a new tire notwithstanding, we are still your dealership and you know we'll be here for you in the future when you need us.

Mr Garcia is the reason I return to Earnheart for all my car regular maintenance, as well as issues that come up with my car. Many people told me not to go to dealership for car needs, but I trust mr Garcia. He gives me a full explanation of all repairs and goes thru in detail what to expect in the future for my car! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for expert car care!!! Thank you mr Garcia for the great service!!!
