We apologize regarding the temperature in the waiting lounge with our crazy weather of hot one day cold the next we try to stay on top of readjusting the temperature but it must have been missed that day. I apologize for the experiance you had at Temecula Hyundai. The Salesperson involved in the inapropriate behavior towards you has been disciplined and terminated.
