Friendly service, just had to come here on a crowded day
Friendly service people. Battery replacement took over 2 hours due to crowd, looked like about 4 cars in service area when I arrived. No choice but to wait, luckily it was still under warranty.

I do like the Sunday appointment service. Estimated time was close to accurate.
The Multi-Point Inspection Form was not presented until requested. I want to have this report provided and discussed when the bill is presented. Other than this omission, I am entirely satisfied with the service performed and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

Hyundai representatives from check in to completion were knowledgeable!
Friendly and caring, the service department at Hyundai Temecula has great people. I was welcomed, checked in, and guided to the lounge within my first five minutes. They knew which service I had requested so no duplication of paperwork. The lounge was cold, coffee machine out of order, but vending machines with snacks and drinks were available.

We apologize regarding the temperature in the waiting lounge with our crazy weather of hot one day cold the next we try to stay on top of readjusting the temperature but it must have been missed that day.  Unfortunately the coffee machine was out of order that day but has now been fixed. Steve in Service was professional, brought the problem yo my attention to me early and gave me a quick estimate for troubleshooting. As it turns out I went on a few test drives and found a great hybrid. I had such a great connection with Steve that I will bring my car back for return business on my 2022!

Sell the features, not your home videos.
Salesperson was overly friendly and distracting showing me personal photos and VIDEOS while I was on a test drive which was extremely distracting. I learned more about him and his family than I did about the features of the car. He received few personal calls during the course of several test drives then later invites me to get a drink.
I hadn’t eaten all day (it was nearly 4pm) drinking and driving my new car home would have been at terrible idea and it felt awkward to be asked. Pretty sure the conversation goes very differently with men purchasing cars.

Steve my Service advisor is very passionate about giving supreme customer service/Satisfaction. I called Steve, explained my service light was on, Steve told me too me my vehicle in right away, there staff corrected my issue with the service light on. Steve explained everything in detail, he even addressed the phone system and inform me they have implemented a better system. Steve brought my vehicle up, it was washed looked brand new!
Thank you for your superb service Steve and Staff. I will defiantly be back!

I respect you as a Service writer, I watched how much you and how hard you worked. I was amazed
You did inform me and you did go out of your way to get me a car. You will go far. The dealership should recognize how hard you work
I was disappointed the condition of my vechice I feel the vechice should of been cleaner inside
It is hard to get through the service department..
I do thank you for everything you have done. I waited for a reply back .I know it was not your fault. Who ever changed the oill should of automatic reset the system. Thank you
